At Zense, we curate immersive experiences that tap into your senses to calm your nervous system and help you reconnect with your body and the present moment.

 

We do this with the help of 180-degree projected nature visuals, soundscapes, scents, and guided movement (Yoga asanas). 

Come in before work to start the day or for a short midday pick-me-up to get into a more focused,  energized, and productive state.

Or decompress and relax in the afternoon..

My Yoga journey started when I was a busy cybersecurity entrepreneur and new mum in dire need of tools to deal with overwhelm and manage stress and mental health.

 

I've completed multiple Yoga Teacher Training courses and continue on the path of learning more about a mindful and more present lifestyle:

YTT 200 hours at the Yoga Zone in 2021

YTT 300 hours at the Shala in 2022 

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator Level 1 with Candice Clark in 2023 

Inspired by the team behind the Zensory,  I've decided to open up an immersive, boutique Yoga studio that combines sounds, visuals, scents, and movements to help us tap into the best versions of ourselves.
